- Kyle Thomas I'm glad to hear it's a felony in your state. Here in Georgia, cruelty to animals is still a misdemeanor. I hope they catch this person or persons and punish them harshly. My heart goes out to Hex's family. I hope they get another dog soon to help ease the pain. That's the only thing that's helped when I've lost a pet.

Thank you all for all you are doing by buying bracelets sending money to the Hex Memorial Fund, the sympathy cards, prayers and hugs. Al and I are so very humbled by the out pouring of support for Justice for Hex. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for supporting Hex and us in this time of sorrow. Marcia

- Mimi Cary Drake The media exposure while Hex was alive and we were searching, was very important. I'm not convinced, that the media hype and the threats and wishes to punish the suspects, after his death, are productive. I think that will drive them deeper underground and keep them on their toes to be careful and remain silent.

- Alice Richter he will always be with you. out of the corner of your eye you wil see a dog run by, you will look & nothing is there, but there is. - Erica Boling Catherine, the most recent post always appears at the top of the page. People will add a "bump" comment in order to get a particular comment to appear at the top again. If nobody posts a recent comment, then the thread just keeps dropping lower and lower on the page.

I wish there is some way this post with Tim's phone no. can stay at the top, but the FB format does not allow it. Only when there is a new comment, will this post rise to the top again :)
